The President and founder of Vector Strategy, Inc. is Marcia L. Price. Ms. Price has considerable experience working for large organizations as well as managing market research firms. Prior to establishing Vector Strategy to address the armor industry, Ms. Price led a successful research firm that served clients such as Hewlett Packard, 3M, DuPont, and Avery Dennison in the printing and graphics industry.

She also worked for IBM Corporation's Federal Systems Division in Owego, NY (subsequently acquired by Lockheed Martin) as a strategic market analyst. She completed industry research and competitive analysis on the defense industry and for specific bids on government procurement projects. She also implemented the site's first customer satisfaction measurement program which included forums and surveys with IBM customers such as Boeing, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin.

Ms. Price's education includes a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from the Claremont Graduate School in Claremont, CA and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. She also has extensive training and experience in statistics, designed experiment methodology, and usability testing.
